Right in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. My massage blends deep tissue and Lomi Lomi techniques, offering an experience for the mind, body, and spirit. Deep Tissue: I use slow, strokes to work through layers of muscle and connective tissue. This targets areas of tension and pain, relieving stress in the muscles. As I apply pressure, both deep and gentle, it encourages the release of toxins stored in the body and helps improve circulation. Easing muscle stiffness and enhancing mobility. Lomi Lomi: Drawing on ancient Hawaiian traditions, Lomi Lomi is a more fluid, rhythmic style of massage. I use long, flowing strokes, often using the forearms or elbows, which create a sensation of wave-like movements over the body. These sweeping motions promote deep relaxation and allow for the release of not just physical tension, but emotional blockages as well. The Lomi Lomi massage is deeply spiritual, encouraging a release of negative energy while fostering a sense of balance, unity, and connection between the mind, body, and spirit. These two techniques create a powerful synergy. Deep tissue work addresses physical discomfort, while Lomi Lomi's spiritual and energetic qualities help restore emotional and mental balance. The experience can leave you feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and deeply connected with yourself. With a sense of overall wellbeing that lingers long after the session.
