Cris

Hello everyone, I am Cris, your certified massage therapist, where personalized care meets expert bodywork to restore balance and vitality. With over 5 years of experience specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage. My technique blends intuitive touch with evidence-based methods, integrating slow, rhythmic strokes, targeted pressure-point release, and fascial unwinding to address muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance joint mobility. Each session is tailored to your unique needs—whether relieving chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply unwinding stress. My philosophy centers on holistic healing: the body is an interconnected system capable of profound self-regulation when given the right support. I view massage not as a luxury, but as essential maintenance for physical and emotional resilience. By fostering mindful presence and client collaboration, I empower you to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. My sessions leave you lighter, aligned, and equipped with simple self-care practices for lasting well-being. I'm looking forward to serving you so please reach out to schedule your booking. I am bilingual, speaking English and Spanish fluently.
